Edrolo

Realigning an expanded education business around the outcome it exists to improve.

Edrolo had grown beyond the educational content platform described by its existing brand. Its offer now connected teaching practice, student engagement and measurable progress, but its messaging, product communication and campaigns continued to explain separate parts of the business. The visible inconsistency reflected a larger problem: the company had changed faster than the identity representing it.

The brand was organised around what Edrolo produced—content, resources and platform features—rather than the result schools were trying to create. Without a shared outcome at the centre, different offers could be communicated accurately while still feeling disconnected from one another.

Results, rather than content, became the organising idea. Edrolo was positioned as the system connecting teaching practice, student participation and measurable learning progress. This gave the organisation a clearer answer to what it enabled, not simply what it supplied.

The direction was carried through proposition, narrative, visual identity, website and campaign tools. A shared language and visual system established a recognisable centre, while allowing enough variation for different products, audiences and communications.

The system gave teams a common basis for explaining different parts of the offer without presenting them as unrelated. Product, campaign and audience-specific communication could vary while remaining connected to the same central promise.

Brand strategy, visual identity, website design and digital systems. I led key parts of the translation from strategic direction into identity and digital touchpoints.
